Hardware Home menu won't show any installed games

My 3DS home menu suddenly decided not to show any of my installed titles on my SD card. For whatever reason I just cannot get it to show any.

It reads the SD card because it shows the theme; the basic red theme from Nintendo in the "Theme Settings" part.

I tried copying my data to my laptop however it refuses to let me, I'm unsure why.

However right now I have H&S app as HB title and I'm making it launch FBI. From there I can go to titles>which one I want to play>Launch and it's fine.

I don't want to do anything until my save data at the very least is backed up, but I can't do this because I can't run JKSM through the Rosalina menu and it's not showing HB Installed App.

Can someone give some insight/help on how to fix this?

You can'tcopy contents from a sd card to your laptop?
Looks like your sd card is on it's last breath

That's what I'm thinking. That's why I want to know if I can backup my save data for my games easily so I don't lose them..

Edit: Seems like I can copy everything EXCEPT my Nintendo 3DS folder..

Hmmm than it just got corrupted. You have no option on running Homebrew launcher on boot?

Only way I can launch homebrew launcher is through Rosalina, and that doesn't support JKSM

Use some other save extractor? Or try to backup saves via 3ds data management

Are there any that can do mass backup? As in, I won't have to backup every game one by one?

Have you tried this fork of JKSM? It should work with Rosalina.

As for your main issue, are you able to see/launch every game from FBI? How do you normally install games? I wouldn't want to rule out your SD card going bad or acting up, but I've had minor issues in the past with games showing up but not launching after I had installed bad/corrupt CIAs (I knew they were bad because they hung on the 3DS logo) and uninstalling them solved my problem.
