Regarding the Joy Con, up to now Nintendo has only made me throw many into postage and it is still not solved.
Even though it is covered by warranty, all postage must be paid by me.
And I've sent my Joy Con only to get back a new one with the same problem still there.
In the end I decided to stop giving a fuck and use the Joy Con "from less than 5m away"
Perhaps next year when I am sure there is no chance I will get another bad Joy Con I will go to the store and buy another one.

@Retroboy is usually a half time troll, I agree with his complaints, they are quite valid.
PS: Why are you numbering your replies when the numbers don't point to anything in the quoted post? It is confusing and not really useful at all.
Suggestion: If you for some reason are going to number your replies, at least mark the parts of the post you are replying to with the same numbers, so the numbers have a reason to be there at least.
