There are two methods to install CFW on 11.4, the DSiWare Save Injection Method and the DSiWare Game Injection method.

For the DSiWare Save Injection method, you need one of many VERY SPECIFIC DSiWare titles that have since been taken off the eShop. This title must be LEGITIMATELY PURCHASED, which means it can't be from freeShop or CIAngel.

Installing boot9strap (DSiWare) - 3DS Guide said:
This method requires that the source 3DS already legitimately owns one of the following games:
+ "Fieldrunners"
+ "Legends of Exidia"
+ "Guitar Rock Tour"
+ "The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords"

A pirated copy of the game will not work, and all of these games have been pulled from the eShop.

For the DSiWare Game Injection method, you need one of many DSiWare titles from the DSiWare Game Injection List. This title must be LEGITIMATELY PURCHASED, which means it can't be from freeShop or CIAngel.

what about ntrboothax

The ntrboothax exploit will require the following:

A DS / DSi flashcart (if dstwo counts)
- Exact flashcart compatibility will be added when this exploit is released
A small magnet(if a fridge magnet counts)
- Note that this is only required on folding style 3DSs/2DSs (everything except the Old 2DS with the sleep switch)
- This is because the exploit requires your device to enter sleep mode while still having access to the buttons
- The magnet should be able to trigger your device’s sleep mode by holding it on or around the ABXY buttons
One of the following methods of installing ntrboothax to your flashcart:
- A Powersaves(done)
- Another 3DS or 2DS already running some kind of custom firmware (such as boot9strap or arm9loaderhax)(done)
i know its not available yet but i think it might be the only way

Umm no it's not the only way, you have a already hacked 3ds, now just need to buy a DS VC title and follow the section of the guide sks316 mentioned.

You will, however, need to buy a DS flashcart and have some way to flash it. So you'll probably have to buy a PowerSaves. Buying a $3 DSiWare game is a lot cheaper!

Well, you can use the methods I listed earlier or you can wait until ntrboothax is released and see if your DSTwo is compatible.

Hey sorry for the late reply but i was just wondering when ntr boothax would be available and because save/game injecting also requires a system transfer i am not going to do that, also you dont have to be a dick about it either. if you dont know anything then maybe you should mind your own buisness

Don't know anything? I clearly know more than you do, plus continually asking when something is out isn't going to get you an answer(after you've been told more than once we don't know yet).

Jesus... NTRBootHax isn't available yet. Just buy a DSiWare title and do what I said above. It gets you CFW and a fun game. It's much cheaper too.

im not doing a system transfer no way and to make a point i asked once about when it was coming out not multiple times i simply want an honest answer if you dont have the answer then why bother telling me not to ask about it and you dont have to be sarcastic either i dont care anymore i just wont have a modded 3ds

Seriously what is your issue with system transfer? You're not loosing anything, you can backup any saves on the hacked 3ds and replace them once you're done.

I have an answer(same as the others who've answered it) "IT'S NOT OUT YET, WE DON'T KNOW WHEN IT'LL BE OUT"
