if stuck on 3ds logo try this, open FBI and select "titles" find the game on the list and select it, then select "import seed"

but don't you need the seed file first? cause I got the cia from the ISO site and I still stuck at loading screen my only guess would be my firmware but im at 11.3 and that doesnt seem to be the problem since i heard others got it working, i tried different cia from the other homebrew free cia apps but nothing works, my only guess i need the seed file but how exactly do I get it.

follow what i said, fbi will download the seed if one is needed. turn 3ds wifi on.
it will say error: failed to import seed. http server returned response code 404. this means no seed is needed. or success: seed imported. this means it downloaded the seed.

oh you meant fbi would had used ur wifi to download it, oh okay say it that way next time.

Or it could mean seed isn't released yet.

doesnt really matter didnt work for me. still infinite loading works.

I saw on reddit someone say they're on 11.2 and FE SoV asked to update to 11.3. If you have CFW, just update to 11.4. Just make a NAND backup beforehand.

you could try uninstalling the game then installing the game from freeshop. you might also need to update luma to latest and firmwire for the game to boot. or you can download a spoof version from that iso site which fixes the 3ds logo loop.
