Hacking O3DS XL Error

I am following the guide and when I am in HBL and click on to UDSploit it goes ok and then to Safehax and get PM INIT FAILED. What could the reason for this be? I am on 10.2 and have tried fasthax as well as UDSploit and both get the same result when entering Safehax.

It was all up to date as I had just downloaded all from The Guide. Managed to do it all by downloading another file.
