Hacking adrenaline with no psp basegame error c0

I have a vita tv I did the easy installer+no basegame thing. And now I'm getting c0-9248-3 for my error I haven't yet put a memory card in it because Id idn't feel like yet but it's still annoying and _no one_ has any damned idea what this means apparently.

Umm if you are using easy installer start by creating a epsp bubble first then installing adrenaline into that bubble?

I already did that it made teh bubble a mini called I forget, and then it installed it into there and it crashes everytime I try to start it.

I rebuilt the database, updated the database, deleted the bubble, reinstalled the custom bubble thing w/o base game, then reinstalled taihen, then reinstalled adrenaline and it worked no idea what fixd it but it's working now.
