Any more news on a release date for the firefight and a official cia port. This looks so lit and I'm waiting patiently lol. Just getting a bit antsy with myself waiting lol. Keep up the good work and your youtube podcasts are awesome.

For those of you who don't know, Halo Revamped is a Halo inspired mod for quake that was originally on the PSP. Halo Revamped in itself is a heavy mod of Halo Solitude that was for PSP as well made by myself in my early coding days. I added tons of new features like game modes, a functioning HUD, tons of small features and bug fixes.

This release features 3 maps and 2 game modes; that is Slayer and Swat. You can play this with AI bots, or connect other 3DS systems up for local multiplayer.

Now you can experience Halo Revamped on both Old and New 3DS! I hope you all enjoy, feel free to report bugs in this thread and your experiences. If there is quite a bit of support for this homebrew, I may expand and add some new maps and content.

KNOWN ISSUES

Plasma Rifle was never finished in game, don't pick it up.

Geometry sometimes turns black

No grenade support for Old 3DS(Added new config file, Press down on the Dpad)

Can anybody tell me what are the current control scheme is for this, and how to remap all of it? All that I can remap is what's currently available in the options menu, but that doesn't seem to cover every action (like how to use the sniper scope).

I like that it lets me use the stylus to aim though, but I'd prefer if I can shift/remap most commands to the other buttons (like adding/removing bots from Down/Up to the other face buttons so that I can remap other actions to the DPAD since I'm a right stylus player).

i downloaded the cia from Fbi but when i start it up i get a message saying, could not find folder sdmc:/3ds7ctrQuake

Halo Revamped needs to be installed in SD:/3ds/ctrQuake, you cannot just run the CIA alone without the files.

Will it still need wifi connection for solo?

actually, if you open up the console, and go to a map (like, type in "map pit") and then leave the match, you'll be put right into the multiplayer lobby start, so you can play with bots, offline~

that just pops up at start, just press the start button and the menu will pop up like normal

when offline, just go into the console and type in "map.pit" without the qoutes and you'll be spawned in the pit map, quit out of it and you'll have access to halo revamped offline... its the only option until tcpixel releases singleplayer or releases the update that he was talking about in his recent halo revamped video...
