I have a couple of programs in the HBL and was trying to edit their SDMH files to change the position on the list and icon and it isn't working. If someone could help me that'd be great.

I'm not trying to extract them, I'm using "The SDMH Creator" to edit them and they aren't changing... Plus, i'm not running CFW

Get the source code, modify the makefile (with notepad, Sublime Text, VS2015...) and files you want to edit (icon and stuff), compile the source code. Profit.
