But with that trailer from the conference i didn't see that anywhere but people assume it's footage from the Switch but wasn't confirmed by Bethesda anywhere it was running on the Switch. Also if it would be the remastered version then Bethesda would proudly say it was but they're not ! They used a montage for the previous trailer so why wouldn't this one be the same ?

But did it say that it wasn't from the switch? when a game is being showcased but the footage isn't from the platform it usually says "The footage being shown isn't from the console".

I think you're nitpicking too much just for the sake of shitting on the console for no reason.

Now you're being more specific, you're right, they didn't state that it was SE, but they also didn't say that It wasn't.
They didn't state that the footage was runing on the switch, but they also didn't say it wasn't.

The best thing to do in this situation is wait and see, there's no point on mindlessly arguing about something that isn't out in the market yet.

Speaking in general, allot of the overall positive/negative opinions seem to stem from how people see the system.

Those who see it more as a hybrid/tablet seem to have a higher opinion of it than those who see it more as a home console.

Obviously the hybrid aspect is the primary point of the Switch, but then if you don't intend on undocking it often then it effectively becomes a flawed home console, especially at it's price when for less you can get an Xbone or PS4 with games and better online services.

I don't think overall opinion will improve until they either bring out more 'must have' exclusives and/or the price comes down where it's flaws then become less of an issue.

Basically the switch could be nearly on par with the orignal xbone.

Let's say it is using parcell (sp). I could see this as a brilliant solution to stop modding. Perhaps the reason the shield 2 isn't out yet is because it and the switch will have matching internal specs aside from ram and storage. Want to do homebrew? Why mod the switch when you can buy it's android brother, the shield 2? It's easier n quicker then messing around with n possibly damaging the switch.

I guess nobody here saw the screenshots for Dragon Quest Heroes ! & II for the switch. Although not as great as the PS4 version (because of less lighting and shadows), it seems very capable of playing those games. So if the switch is only behind the ps4 that much, I'm pretty sure EA can port titanfall 2, if they wanted to. And before anybody says the game is too big for the switch, because the game is 40+ GB, remember that switch is using SD cards for their games now. Since the biggest commercially available SD cards are now at 512 GB, that shouldn't matter either

A lot of textures are also missing like the portal effects and so on.
For me those pictures are 1 hell of a difference

You can not base anything on an unfinished product. Besides, square-enix said the games are graphicly identical. 2 on both the ps4 and pc sadly also had less graphic polish then 1. Actual, 1+2 isn't 1 & 2 either. It's a new game with the campaigns and game play modes of both. Comfirmed by SE. The problem is we don't know if 1+2 is using the quickly made 2's graphics or the more polished 1's. Won't know until the game's release. they are not identical. You clearly see it in those pictures i gave you. Even if it's not finished, it doesn't mean there would that much of a difference. The pictures you're seeing is how it will look.

i agree with you, i see myself often paying more on my WiiU than my ps4.
and i have games like UC4/the new Tomb Raider, StarOcean5 ,the witcher 3 and so on.

but i often see myself enjoying simplistic games such as SSB/MK8/Splatoon more than the hardcore games we have on the ps4.
Wii U may have failed, but i still love the console, i also often use it to watch some anime on its browser haha.

That is just added detail!
People on LVL 70 have obviously aged more and their eyesight is not so clear anymore.
Look how they took that into consideration by blurrying the textures and effects according to player LVL!
Quite some attention to detail in both verions! /s

Got myself a Wii U near the end of 2016. I love the console. Good to hold, fun and and and.
Pre-Ordered a Switch (Ohh noo he didn't) since i like the idea and the upcoming games.
Doesn't care much about bigger game ports. I would more like a open indie dev base.

Oh, and is it just me, or mostly all 1080p 4k 60fps anti... no one cares are people who doesn't use much a pc to play games?
And 1 last think for named people who said it will fail because of missing 3rd Party support / can't handle the needed POOOOOOOOOWEEEEEEER
