Hello,

I have an Apple Cinema Display computer monitor which does not have an HDMI port. It only has a DVI cable attached to use for a computer and a couple of USB ports. I want to connect my PS Vita TV to display on the monitor, and I was wondering if a USB to HDMI (HDMI to USB?) cable/adapter kind of like these:

might do the trick. If not, any other suggestions?

Nope, you want a HDMI>DVI + audio adapter.
