Is the no line mod obtained through CFW? And so if you have the CFW, you can't go online since it's modding? (kind of new to this so just trying to find out some more stuff)

In CFW it's as easy as copy/pasting the .ips file (if you're using Luma nightly) into titles/0004000000164800 for Sun, titles/0004000000175E00 for Moon. Yes you can go online with it, I've even streamed/recorded wifi battles with the no-outline patch.

EDIT: man the sleep deprivation is getting to me, thought this was another thread. You can't go online with this plugin (please correct me if I'm wrong), period, no outline mod or not. I basically just told you an alternative method.

Any way to use this and online?
No, online features are disabled while the ntr plugin is enabled in order to avoid cheating.

If you want to go online, you have to restart you N3DS and start the game without starting NTR CFW first.

Will you make an update to add a shiny-lock counter for legendaries and guardians? I think it 'll be awsome !

I think there are in-game checks. I don't 100% know how the 'shiny' cheat works, but I know to 'legally' have a shiny, it has to match your Shiny ID.
-------
Basically, I'm guessing the plugin changes encounters to match your ID.

It works perfectly, but having a tapu/alola legendary Shiny Pokémon is illegal anyway (there's no way you can use one online before a shiny legendary event is made for SuMo). Btw, it's funny. u can upload them to GTS x)

i know there's no use in requesting cheats here, but I wondered if ntr could technically scan for current wild pokemons nature / iv's and display them onscreen at the press of a button? or would something like this go beyond what ntr can do?
i'd really like to be able to see IV progression in one SOS chain.

it's not about ntr can do it or not, it's who could make this kind of cheat

If I knew what addresses these were stored at, it would not be hard to read them and display them on the NTR cheat menu.

Why does my game freeze when I start it?
Spam either the A button or Start button. This is due to loading so many cheats
Is it possible to reduce this loading time by removing stuff, including cheats?
I tried to fork @Nanquitas's repo and remove cheat declarations in menu.c and unused C functions in other C files but it still takes one minute to boot Moon...

It shouldnt be taking you a minute to boot moon. Something is wrong. If you watch my video im in moon within 30 seconds of launching it

Maybe my setup isn't the best either. I actually use Luma's code.bin redirection (not ips patch, code.bin) to remove outlines by default (so even when I don't use cheats, I don't have these ugly things), I don't spam A at the beginning (too lazy), I use NTR 3.4 and not 3.2 like you, and I have a 128GB micro SD card, if that matters (since it matters when booting the 3DS, no idea if it would here too...).

I just tried both disabling Luma's game patching and using NTR 3.2 instead of 3.4 and indeed, now it took 30 seconds less to boot. No idea which one was the main culprit. I'll enable Luma's game patching back and report again.
edit well, I re-enabled it and it went up to almost one minute, so I guess they're both culprits... :(
edit lol yeah, 3.4+nopatch takes the same amount of time as 3.2+patch, which is more than 3.2+nopatch and less than 3.4+patch, so they really are both culprits -.-
