Homebrew R4 Stage2 TWL Flashcart Launcher(and perhaps other cards soon™)....

I tries using my R4 using the instructions above. Used all the launchers but I still cant seem to get it to work. Tried formatting to FAT and FAT 32 and Im pretty sure the cart is being read by the N3DS, (whenever Im inserting it, it shows up on the cartridge) so im thinking my issues are the following:

Faulty SD - havent tried other SDs
R4 firmware is incorrect - I downloaded wood, moonshell and R4 original but failed (latest versions)

I also tried the 1.7 and 1.8 version but still no luck.

Anything else I might be missing?

Hello
I have a R4 gold (r4i-gold.me) that is sometimes recognised by the 3ds. After bricking it with YSMenu It can not be recognised by ds lite, dsi or 3ds (before it worked so no twl problem of my 3ds)
I have tried every cia from the first post and no success.
Do you think I should buy a new one or maybe it will work?

PS: sometimes...a few only, the sponbob icon of my r4 show in the 3ds (only in the 3ds, no idea why not in the ds lite or dsi)

Neither seems to work. Black screen on M3DSReal Launcher, white on NTR_alt. Is the M3DS Real supposed to show up on the homemenu at all? Obviously I can't launch it from there, but the cartridge tile stays empty even with the flashcart in.

I used this M3 Launcher for the cartridge being showing up. Once you get that, you can run the ntr Launcher. If it's not detected, it won't ever work

Just to be clear, you're talking about installing and running the "M3DSReal_Launcher.rar" from the OP, right?

Yes. I'm on the mobile phone right now so i can't upload images but a G6flash cartridge should appear using this Launcher.

I'm sorry but is there a full tutorial to do this on A9LH?

I am confused about the TWL firm. Do i need to install it on my sysnand?(a9lh)

EDIT:
my R4 just worked out of no where when it finally showed up in the home menu. The icon was a cartridge with blank sticker in it. When I open woodr4, it finally booted up my card. Cheers. I am guessing you don't need any of this TWL firm if you're on a9lhs luma3ds.

Update on my M3 DS Real situation:
It seemed to be a hardware problem. I opened up my cart and moved the board inside slightly to realign the pins and now it appears in the home menu and woodm3 also boots using either launcher.

Sorry this reply is like 3 weeks after your post... but yes, a while back I got it to work. I first tried with the m3real loader, but it did not work. On a hunch, I tried the moonshell2 loader which also did not work, but the 3ds recognized the M3 card after that. Tried the m3real loader again and it booted. Not sure why this worked or if all steps were necessary, but that's how I did it. (o3ds w al9h/luma on 11.0 at the time)

That's awesome! Unfortunately I wont have my M3 on hand until mid-December so i cant test anything myself but this gives me a lot of hope

I'll check how Sakura works with my own card and if that doesnt work I'm gonna try the recommended Wood M3 loader

Haven't really used my M3 for years (other than playing around to get it to work with this on my 3ds), but I used to boot into Sakura but kept a woodm3.nds on the card to boot into wood from Sakura for games with ap not fixed by the m3 team.

Try booting the launcher without anything inserted in the gamecard slot. You'll notice that the same screen shows up. In my case I've got stuck on this screen all the times my Card/firmware wasn't compatible with the launcher.

I got my CycloDS Evolution fw2.3 working as long as: a) I run NTR-launcher 1.8 from the SysNAND (it doesn't work in EmuNAND, but that's totally understandable), and b) I don't have the cart in until it asks for it.

For using TWL stuff (DSi, Ds...) You need to install them in both NANDS, that's why it doesn't work only on EmuNand. When does it ask for it? x)

If there's no cart in when starting NTR-launcher, it'll do the NDS boot screen with a msg at the bottom saying "Please insert a cartridge to continue." Once inserted, it automatically tries to read it. But if the cart is in when NTR is loaded, it'll do the boot screen, then show a white screen indefinitely.

Set RESETSLOT1 to 1 in the .ini file.
