Hello
My question is if I can install a EBOOT.bin ( http://www.codemasters-project.net/vb/archive/index.php/t-13618.html ) on my OFW PS3 with PEXPLOIT or other stuff?
I know how to jailbreak a ps3 but I don't want it...

Nope, it requires the ability to execute unsigned code.

Well if you have an ODE you could decrypt, hexedit, reencrypt and then replace it in the ISO, no idea if this is even possible, but otherwise OFWcourse not.

but if it's legal to downgrade and illegal to jailbreak, why can't we easily downgrade it ???

i did found that when i bought my ps3 slim it was on 3.40, but I didn't know what jailbreak was then

You can only jailbreak on ofw <= 3.55. If >3.55 you have to use an ODE ...
