And why won't the DLCs work? That doesn't make any logical sense!
To be honest, I don't really know, but seems that the data from DLC's is different to the one you find in a game update , that is why when you go to Data Management you will see in a game "Save Data" and "Downloadable content" in different banks.
Cyan at least said it's not possible, and I don't really know either... , however I will try to replace game data in Wii Fit U with the updated one and see if it works, maybe some day I will do the same with a DLC one and post the results :) .

iirc you can rip dlc if you own it legitimately via pygecko using the real game....but idk how that would transfer to loadiine if you could just do the same as with updates and paste it in.....i guess if there was a dlc rip we could test...i suppose hyrule warriors could be a test subject, but i assume it wouldn't work that easy

Loadiine reads only from your SD card. DLC is included in the updates, sure, but the ticket showing you own the DLC is installed to your Wii U NAND. Loadiine can't read from NAND due to the way it runs (from memory). Also, since it's running as SSB it wouldn't recognize DLC from say MK8 or Hyrule Warriors for example, because DLC for those games don't belong to SSB.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean by this. Thanks I think?

I think what he meant is basically, we are looking forward to seeing what you can add to it :). So far some made the code shorter to gain more place for features, some made it work to increase compatibility, even though so far only Yoshi wolly world is the one that got fixed. So we would love to see what you can add yourself too :D
It's always better to have more people working/searching on it than just one person.

Well, maybe it's possible.
I thought the game was still trying to load SSBU DLC, but it doesn't make sense.
the loaded game is responsible for the file path to load, it shouldn't try to load SSBU path if it's not SSBU which is running.

I didn't check the sources, but I guess Disc access is redirected, and savegame access too. I don't know about DLC path.
if it's not redirected, it should still load it from SysNAND (or whatever it's called).
if it's redirected, you can't extract the DLC to put them on SD.

if the game is not telling its own full path, but using the current TitleID as path to DLC, then SSBU titleID will be used (unless the TitleID has been changed in RAM at game launch? sorry I didn't check the sources yet)

no eshop access?

golden45 "mentioned" it, i don't think he has indicated he had any plans to release it as quite frankly the performance was terrible and the only game that loaded up was nes remix, everything else was broken.......i kinda think people should stop beating a dead horse, if he was planning to release a crappy loader that functioned with 1 game he probably would have done so already, but i know if it was me i wouldn't release it as i couldn't be bothered with all the "I WILL NOT PAY ANYTHING!!!" gang moaning and whinging about compatibility and demanding fixes/releases for the mii maker version

While I agree with what you said, Golden45 got us to where we are standing right now. He was hopeful that redirecting the payload to SD card and using only the Mii Maker app would result in increased compatibility/easier game-specific patching. He said he needed time, and was re-writing to use SD card payload and that took priority over not needing smash. There will be pretty skinnable menus, for example. He seemed confident that he wasn't going to keep this V2 payload under wraps. To me its just the ease of not needing to get up to change discs unless I want online, the games I want are already on the shelf.

With the modified version it doesn't matter what the .rpx or .rpl are titled.
thanks
Well, there's still something wrong for me. Just dumped Nintendo Land to my SD card. But I get an error code and a message saying that the Disc or Drive might be faulty. The file structure seems to be right:

My SD card is a SanDisk Ultra SDHC 32GB UHS-I Class 10: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...k 32gb&qid=1444554926&ref_=sr_1_5&s=pc&sr=1-5

Could a relevant file be missing?

Have you also made a Save folder? I haven't messed with that game because I have the disc.

that's interesting. why would it affect loading?
the file is supposed to be present on the disc, and without it it works?
The disc read error happens with Mario Maker too. I didn't try other RPL games, but I suspected this was the issue when she posted about Nintendo Land, a game that works on 1.0a

Likely something is fudged with RPL loading still.
