Going to ask this again in the hope that someone has an answer. I've looked in GBAtemp and via Google.
Has there been any sort of workaround or fix for RXTools 2.6 and Emunand 9.9 for that damned notification bug? (Notification applet just crashes when I try to access it)

No way, it's a bug, but sometimes I can enter in the notification applet if I don't have any game running in backgroud.

Managed to run my retail copy of langrisser on my 2DS.
Might be freemultipatcher or something.

Didn't notice cuz I ran Monhan4G b4 it. Which crashed.

I'm not very tech savy, (i'm trying to ram edit animal crossings )but I've gotten this far, the only thing I need is to upgrade the version of browser I have on my OLD 3DS XL From 1.7552!!!
I downloaded the files, ran the firmwear.exe to get a new firmwear.bin, then put it and the rxtools.dat on my SD card in the root folder, put it in my DS and went to the site linked- but all I got was an error has occured. save and stuff >.>
Please help me?

That happens sometimes.. Clear history and cookies and try again
that actually did it- but now i have no idea what of these options will do that for me.... upgrade just my browser version..... i really don't want to mes anything up!
You can't install the mset exploit through the browser if you don't have the 1.7567 version.
So I can't use this to upgrade JUST the browser..... because my browser is too low?

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
