I dont get what you mean...

its not savedatafiler but it works the same i think that you can use it with the freehax because its a homebrew and you will launch it with the homebrew launcher

If you don't know FreeHax is a permanent Ninjhax Exploit so you will need Cubic Ninja or OOT3D With a things that you can replace the save

Well I hope so because I cant downgrade my 3ds to use save editor.. I want to inject my private header to a .sav file.

False, FreeHax is a permanent entrypoint unless Smea discovered a new exploit that is.

That happened to me once (I was playing other game) I just formatted my 3ds sd card and the game loaded

obviously you must download the game again
