Homebrew Bought an R4 SDHC and EZ 3in1, how do I get them both working together?

I have recently purchased an R4i SDHC (says it works with my NDSLite) and the EZ Flash 3in1 (also compatible with my NDSlite).

I have an 8gb microSD.

How do I go about updating/patching and getting both to work together? Which version (and where) do I get for my EZ Flash 3in1 GBA emulator?

I've seen that I should update my r4 to the "WOODr4" version to best work with the 3in1, what does this mean? Should I do this? How do I do this?

Wood r4i gold and r4isdhc rts 3ds are two different nds card,you also can use your r4isdhc rts 3ds to play gba games, FYI,here is a blog guide i followed,hope it will be useful for you at the same time : http://www.modchipfactory.com/blog/...-use-r4isdhc-rts-3ds-play-gba-games-on-ndsxl/
