I bought this switched jack http://www.mouser.com/Search/Produc...irtualkey50210000virtualkey502-35RASMT4BHNTRX.
And I wired up GND to Pin 4, right to pin 3 left to pin 1 and I thought it worked correctly because I could hear the internal speakers normally and I could hear through a pair of loud computer speakers when I plugged them in but the internal speakers were so piddly that it took me a while to notice they weren't being disabled.
So where did I go wrong? I tried connecting ground from the jack to Pins 5 and then 6 but neither worked, anyone have any advice I'm stumped.
With loud speakers it's hard to notice the GBASP is still pumping music but with headphones it's problematic.
