So I have multiple Dreamcast controllers that have a rough-feeling Joystick (by that I mean that it feels awful when moving in certain directions, like a worn out rubber or something) but I've opened them and I can't really spot a problem. My only question is, what part of the DC joystick could be what causes this? What's rubbing against what? The plastic joystick, the metal spring, the other shell, I have no idea. I just don't know what exactly is to fix, or where to apply some kind of lube compound. Thanks in advance.
