    Tekken Tag Tournament 2 [EUR][RPX] have a missing file [Open file /vol/content//hdd/nrfo.bin (access: r result: failed)] turn on logging and file access only that is why it stuck at loading circle. dont know where to find it but somehow john godgames got it working on 1.4.1

    I think you have AMD GPU(for some AMD users MK8 crashes at loading screen with version 1.4.1). try 1.4.0c if that works or wait for 1.4.2.
