I proudly present my first real project: Neko DS.
Neko DS (Neko being the Japanese word for cat) is a port of an old PC application back from the 80's. When run, you would have a cat on your screen who would chase your mouse cursor around, scratch on the screen, take a nap and various other stuff. Since this application has always been very close to my heart, I decided to try and port this to the DS. This is only a very simple beginning of what I intend to end of with, but fully functional none the less. In the future I want to have the sprites incorporated into the NDS via EFS, have the user being able to choose between different Nekos from EFS and FAT, and perhaps as a last update be able to have several Nekos running around on the screen. I hope you will enjoy this application as much as I have over the years. But no, the original is just called Neko. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neko_(computer_program) Also, I just uploaded a new version, that takes care of a bug that was reported and which doesn't have the Neo Geo splash. I would after all like to be in the competition after all this work.
