Hacking Can't run Homebrew Launcher from Album or titles

Hey, few days i hacked my switch on AMS 1.2.6 (firmware 13.2.1) everything where fine but I installed an homebrew menu NSP and now I cant acces to the HB menu on the album, it gives me the error (2144-0001) and from a titles the software crashes. So i tried to run the latest NRO from tinfoil (cause i have the tinfoil nsp) I can access to the HB menu but not to the homebrews, it shows the error code (2347-0003)
I think i installed an old homebrew menu ?
