Homebrew Something strange is happening with my carts.

So I was bored one I day and decided to play MKDS on my DSi with twilight++ on it, but when I played it, it didn't load, and it didn't give me a normal error either, instead it gave a series of squares on the bottom screen, in the color order from left to right, red, green, red, green. I did some testing and 3 other of my games had the same issue, TigerZ, Cars The Video game and NSMB. And mario and luigi parnters in time gave a completley different series of squares, with the sequence, red, yellow, yellow, green. The rest of my games were fine, how do I fix this?

How do I enable this "Direct"?

TWLMenu++ settings and under Games and apps settings (Slot-1 launch method = Direct) and what theme are you using?

It was already on Direct loading, and im on the dark DSi theme.
