I just updated atmosphere to 0.16.2 and and firmware 11.0.1 and now I can't play Luigi's Mansion 3 (with game update 1.4.0). I get the message "the software was closed because an error occurred" almost instantly when I try to launch the game. All the other games work fine.

I've downloaded the latest sigpatches multiple times, deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times (I downloaded it from many sources, to be sure that the dump wasn't corrupted), I even did a clean atmosphere install.

I deleted the game tickets via tinfoil but the game won't even go to the loading/booting screen (the one with the nintendo switch logo in the lower right corner).

Maybe the new atmosphere release/firmware is not compatible with the game? Any ideas or help would be appreciated.

Load up tinfoil and delete ticket for that game. Re-install and test.

Hi, I'm the OP. I had to change my account since I never got the confirmation email from gba temp. :(

I already did that, but the game still doesn't work. So am I the only one with the issue?

Glad to hear that GODDUKEMONEX resolved his issue about AC.

FIXED both games, ok this is the solution (at least for me)

Install:

ATMOSPHERE: https://github.com/Atmosphere-NX/Atmosphere/releases
sigpatches from here: https://gbatemp.net/threads/sigpatches-for-atmosphere-hekate-fss0-fusee-secondary-only.571543/ (1st post)
DO NOT USE DEEP SEA or KOSMOS or similar, its a mess, enter into atmosphere via FUSEE PRIMARY ONLY and most important DO NOT USE HEKATE

Its all about sigpatches and tickets (if some games do not boot ask for TURN OFF PLANE MODE or ERROR POP UP....

Use tinfoil: https://tinfoil.io/Download

uninstall tickets from glitched games

reinstall with this:

GOLDLEAF 0.9 made for 11.0.1 https://mega.nz/file/gUtwiKJA#xmUS0HG8a9qV40aKqomWhbZqqSGCSL9L57Z2NAs6HTw

Make sure all your games contains tickets if not, will be impossible to boot

and thats all!

So just to be safe... I have to enter atmosphere via fusee primary (not hekate) and use the sigpatches for fusee secondary (hekate)? Thanks for the goldleaf link! Gracias!

Ah hasta ahorita vi que eres mexicano! yes and not, keep using fusee primary just skip hekate, scene nowadays looks like a mexican tv novel ROFLMAO, kosmos is dead, deep sea is useless and hekate just bring us more issues than solutions, load from TEGRA RCM fusee primary directly and forget about everything else, until sceners make a proper deep sea full compatible, stay with fusee primary

Hekate has never brought me or most people any issues. In fact, the scene wouldn't be as far as it is without Hekate as it was the first homebrew-like program when the exploit was leaked. There are also many things you cannot do without it.

Thor from "Pirate Software" said its just better to pirate the game than buy from a keyshop if you care about the devs

there's nothing to charge back because the keys don't cost them money to generate in the first place

Most these crack sites have dead links anymore or the crack don't even work

@The Real Jdbye What don't you get? If someone use a stolen creditcard. Then sell said key on G2A. If I the dev sold the game key, I will get the charge back cost. That's how it works, it doesn't matter if I generate 300 keys if 300 of them are bought with stolen credit cards. I never said it was on Steam, but its the dev that gets hit. There is a ton of stories out there if you google it.
