Lol just wanted to help ^^ they can sue big companies for you and can tell if we have the right to do so
He did not state anywhere in his post that other companies let users use cracked hardware to acces online services
Nintendo will be forced to stop with the Super bans, it's happened multiple times with other companies in America.
No it is not. It's purely twisting for the sake of arguing. If you think he is then that is your right but not gonna argue about that for the sake of arguing. have a good daySuper ban means you cannot Access the online Service. Right?
If Nintendo is forced to stop with super bans, that means Nintendo is forced to let users use cracked hardware to acces online Services. Right?
So, what he said is in fact correct and not twisting and flamebaiting.
Were do you see any Kind of twisting? Saying the same Thing in other words is not twistingIt's purely twisting for the sake of arguing.
Time for my thoughts. Before we proceed, remember that this is trying to revoke a ban due to a violation of the ToS. Now most people seem to be making the assumption we are allowed to hack our devices so the ban should be removed since its infringing on certain consumer rights. But from what I'VE seen, 99.9% of bans were due to hacking the console AND piracy. You're telling me you are justifying removal of a superban because you pirated some games and want to continue pirating? Unless someone wants to fess up that they were banned without pirating in some fashion because I know of only one user who was unfortunate enough and double-whammy, said user doesn't live in the EU.
You can have your opinion and that is fine and again not gonna argue for the sake of arguing so have a good dayWere do you see any Kind of twisting? Saying the same Thing in other words is not twisting
If you really consider this twisting, then please provide us links to the rulings where multiple companies have been forced to stop a super ban...It's purely twisting for the sake of arguing.
not arguing with you for the sake of arguing. I didn't make that claim so stop with the flamebaiting because that's basically all ur doing here.If you really consider this twisting, then please provide us links to the rulings where multiple companies have been forced to stop a super ban...
Indeed. This applies to MMO games too (e.g. Overwatch); when you cheat, you got banned, and you lose all the stuff that you bought in-game.Sony bans whole accounts with thousands of dollars of purchases on them. No one bats an eye. Nintendo bans a console only and they are viewed as being evil.
But I mean like, if someone cheats online, they dont deserve to play anymore imo and those purchases are null and void. No mercy for cheaters! (Even though I was one back in the ps3 days )Indeed. Thanks. I think we all can agree on this:Stop the bickering, because it's going nowhere and is completely offtopic at this point.
Yes this is what I meant, if you f_ck the system, the system will f_ck you, in a way or another; so, coming back to superbans on Switch, I don't think that is possible to recover from this ban, nor that the user doesn't deserve this; btw, of course, if this email does really work, then it's great for every Switch owner. But I mean like, if someone cheats online, they dont deserve to play anymore imo and those purchases are null and void. They won't be unbanning consoles. Its nintendo. I dont think I've ever seen a ban get overturned before. If for some reason they are required to do so, they will find a way around it...Yes this is what I meant, if you f_ck the system, the system will f_ck you, in a way or another; so, coming back to superbans on Switch, I don't think that is possible to recover from this ban, nor that the user doesn't deserve this; btw, of course, if this email does really work, then it's great for every Switch owner.
Even the JP based company aside, why would they bend to pressure from a group that's almost entirely pirates? Many people would likely think banning pirates and hackers is a good thing.Yeah, if the bannings are going to stop, it's not gonna be through legal means, it's gonna be through societal pressure, and let's be real, I don't think Nintendo is the kind of company that would bend that easily, being JP-based and all.
