Try to play any scene XCI online to test how golden you really are. Hint: not at all.That means as long as the carts cert isn't being used by 2 or more switches at the same time you are pretty golden.

You will see error message instantly. So yeah, Nintendo can perfectly tell if you run pirated XCI.
This happens because every scene release has serial number (cert or whatever is called) zeroed out, making it instantly detectable. I wonder why this concept is so hard to grasp for some people.
Wasn't this fixed in 1.3?I'm sad that IR games (LA Noire) dont work atm with the SX OS, but thats ok for now since they are looking into it.
You can do whatever you like. But every cert is issued for particular game. Like every eShop ticket and steam key are issued for particular games.Unless you put a good cert in from another game, Like I did with all my xci files.
