Hardware Help trying to find my password

I don't remember my password for my switch account when i do the steps for making a new password when ever i am asked what my date of birth is or my nickname i always get them wrong even thought i know they are right what should i do.

Call Nintendo, they will ask you what purchases you made and when... If you can answer those questions you are lucky...
