The app's name is PSNStuff (you can find the latest version on the first result searching in Google "psnstuff eminem ps3"). Like Ninn said, to make the games/DLC playable you need to activate first the game/DLC on the PS3 using the .rap file associated to that content.
To do that, using reactPSN, you have to create first a user on the PS3 with the name "aa" (without quotes), then copy the folder named "exdata" from PSNStuff folder that contains the .rap file/s to the root of a FAT32 flash drive/HDD partition and finally run reactPSN on the user created previously with the USB device connected to the console and you're done.

Yeah but psn patch requested online connection and an activated user account

Use psn patch it hides cfw then create a new account, activate it then restart your ps3
REACTPSN is not updated anymore and psn patch does its job better

Well I've never got it to work in Rebug it always say unsupported firmware

Not a big movie buff, more of a gamer tbh. And Series X is 120hz 8k ready, but yea only 120hz 4k games out right now, but thinking of in the future.

I only watch tv when i goto bed, it puts me to sleep, and I have a nas drive filled w my fav shows so i can watch them in order, commercial free. I usually watch Married w Children, or South Park

I stream from Nas to firestick, one on every tv, and use Kodi. I'm happy w it, plays everything. (I pirate/torrent shows/movies on pc, and put on nas)

I got my Dad a firestick for Xmas and showed him those 3rd party sites on Kodi, he loves it, all he watches anymore. He said he has got 3 letters from AT&T already about pirating, but he says f them, let them shut my internet off (He wants out of his AT&T contract anyways)
