I tried without the cofigs but it still doesn't get reconized.I don't think the PS3 controller needs a config file, just a USB cable.
You are sure the cable is a data/sync cable and not just a charging cable?I tried without the cofigs but it still doesn't get reconized.
I'm not sure but it works with the HID-Test.You are sure the cable is a data/sync cable and not just a charging cable?
Yes I do.You have the newest version of Nintendont boot.dol on your sd card right?
Player 1.Are you trying to use it as player 1 or player 2? I remember @FIX94 stating a certain way to get it as player 1 if desired i think.
what are you using? wiivc inject? if so to get hid controller to be players one you need to not choose to start the game with gamepad, that hay hid controllers can be player pne, once ingame press the home button and it will sync in, my ps3 controller(official) works perfectly.Player 1.
I'm loading via vwii. I think I figured out what's wrong. I went to HID-Test again and was messing around with the buttons and noticed when I press the home button a lot of values start randomly appearing and disappearing. I think the home button is breaking. Is there another way to sync it?what are you using? wiivc inject? if so to get hid controller to be players one you need to not choose to start the game with gamepad, that hay hid controllers can be player pne, once ingame press the home button and it will sync in, my ps3 controller(official) works perfectly.
nope, that is the ps3 sync button even for ps3 itself you press home to turn the controller to on or sync on ps3 itself.I'm loading via vwii. I think I figured out what's wrong. It turns on my ps3 still so there's that. But no biggie. I will just stick with Wii VC loading and using the gamepad.nope, that is the ps3 sync button even for ps3 itself you press home to turn the controller to on or sync on ps3 itself.
This is something I always wanted, it's gonna be pretty useful in games like Animal Crossing, PSO, also it makes the process of transfer an external save (downloaded from internet for example) less risky for your Card A.Here's another test build for Slot B testing: https://github.com/GerbilSoft/Nintendont/raw/v5.460-MChax2/loader/loader.dol
This is rebased on top of v5.460, so it has all of the Wii U changes. Other than that, it's basically the same as the MChax1 build.
To set up Slot B, you'll need to manually create a Slot B memory card file. It must have one of the following names:
The total size of both Slot A and Slot B must not exceed 16 MB; otherwise, Slot B will be ignored.
- /saves/GSNE_B.raw (where GSNE is the 4-character game ID)
- /saves/ninmemb.raw (USA/PAL games when using Multi)
- /saves/ninmemjb.raw (JPN/KOR games when using Multi)
Card saving is also optimized to only save modified portions on system shutdown. Previously, it'd save the entire memory card image regardless.
Thanks to @GreyRogue for figuring out how to get Slot B working properly in both games and the IPL.
Please test this and let me know how well it works and/or if you encounter any issues. (Back up your save files first!)
