That didn't answer my question at all...
Oh sorry, let me redo it then show you my S: file. Lol, was just giving an update.

btw I did attempt to do a hardmod before this, but gave up mid point soldering, because my wires were being dumb. Then magnethax was proclaimed and I waited...

Wait, what do you have listed in [S:] ?
Theres nothing listed as [S:] where should I look for this?

Make a backup of all files on your SD and make sure that NOWHERE on the card, an OTP.BIN exists. Then power on while holding Start+Select+X to dump your bootroms and OTP again. If that destination not found was when trying to do the ctrTransfer and not when making a backup (in which case, I'd ask how much space is on your SD), then a bad OTP is the only reason I can think of. It seems that godmode9 can't access your nand at all.

EDIT: I didn't see the hard mod info before I typed this. A botched hardmod would surely be the cause of an unrecoverable brick. You might want to open her up, take a HIGH RESOLUTION pic of your motherboard, and post it here. A destroyed micro-via and you're toast. A stray bit of solder, and you may be able to correct the problem. We need to see it...

Ok. What would be the point in doing this? If i'm forever bricked, what would my otp.bin be of use? Sorry if im noob'ish.

That didn't answer my question at all...
Nvm btw [S:] is SYSNAND VIRTUAL (which im guessing means its a virtual read-only NAND)

I don't know if you modded a different console or not. A wrong OTP.bin could prevent access to the nand (not sure if it is ignored or not, if the console's actual (internal) OTP can be accessed first), as would physical damage. If you look back at my edit, I hadn't noticed that you finally decided to let us know that you attempted a hard mod. Now your problem makes perfect sense, and you need to post pics to confirm...

ok, so post pics of my otp.bin, and other files along that line? Seem's easy enough. I never got to the part of getting the otp.bin, but I believe I can dump it again. Would you also like a close up pic of my NAND???

btw, running Decrypt9 throws the error:
"Initializing SD card... Failed."

No, post pics of your motherboard so we can see what you did with the soldering iron/solder...

Yes, I know what [S:] is, I want to know what's in it. What files does it list? Depending on what's in there it can explain exactly what's wrong and how to fix it.

Oh, ok. Sorry if I sound dumb. I'm honestly out of it rn.
failed SD could be bad/fake SD card, bad SD slot (could also be caused by stray solder), or bad keys. Hopefully you're using decrypt9WIP and not just decrypt9. Try placing a copy of your (1024KB) aeskeydb.bin (you should have it in /gm9/) into the root of your card for Decrypt9WIP to use (or in /files9/).

well now my things open, and yes there is a piece of solder on my SD slot housing.

It contains nand.bin, don't remember the size exactly

Thank you, that tells me what's wrong. Your NCSD header is screwed. Essentially you wiped the partition structure. It cannot find or mount CTRNAND, TWLN, TWLP, cannot mount your FIRM partitions (meaning you cannot install B9S), can't get your OTP, can't read your sector0x96, can't get your system keys, etc, etc, etc. Basically none of the tools will be able to do anything on a NAND in this condition. It's not a hardware failure though. And it can be fixed. What type of 3DS is this (new or old) and what region is it (usa, eur, jpn)?

Is it bridging any pins/traces together? Either it's painfully obvious where your problem is now, or you really need to post a high resolution pic so we can help you.

o2ds. It's currently being popped open for detailed analysis...

would you like both the NAND pins and SD card slot house? Both?

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
