Finished!! All files in the pack should get downloaded now with NTRPackDownloader.jar.... phew that was exhausting. Hope it helps somebody <3

Edit:

Fixed (the last one was because when I was looping through zip contents, when I got to a folder, I would go to the next element without extracting and back to the beginning of the loop, but then at the beginning of the loop I would go to the next element too. So the first file in any folder would be skipped. Thanks for testing!)
The downloader works. The only change I would like at this point is removing backup sysnand and backup emunand from SD/gm9/scripts, and removing copy_ntrboot from /SD/ntrhack/gm9/scripts
The pack works fine as is, just that modification for removing clutter files that don't get used in their location.

Hi, I have a question, I have a console with alh9 with firmware 11.2, with this I can update to Boot9Strap and update my Luma? I don't care on the user data, I want a formatted and updated console on easy way.

Quick question. Does this mean that using this pack, I basically have a toolkit (ntrboot cart + sd card) which I can install b9s without PC at all?

Just pop in the prepared sd card and ntrboot cart and go through the steps 1-7 and then from steps 8 onwards just pop back the default 3ds card?

Yep. The initial setup for the SD does require a computer, but after that you can install b9s Luma without a pc. I've used it to install on friends 3ds at work without access to a computer

yes but can't use this method? I have all, an acekard 2i with a ds lite, seems more easy.

I have an extremely easy to use "A9LH to B9S" folder in my AIO. It's meant not to interfere with the configurations I provide so that you can just copy both over and have everything you need. Once placed on the card, it simply runs Safe B9S Installer automatically when you turn it on. Then when you reboot, the configuration you've chosen runs. You can then use GM9 to run the included cleanup script. I can't include "secret_sector.bin" here though so you'll have to find that and put it in the "boot9strap" folder yourself. Some of the payloads are outdated if you decide to use the configurations. You'll want to grab the latest Luma and GM9. Still, they're good examples (IMHO anyway) of how to hotkey every B9S payload you could possibly want (in case you were wanting to use Decrypt9, Gateway, Skeith, Cakes, etc.).

My own swap card actually has this on it too. Why drag out the magnet and flash cart if you don't have to after all? If someone already has A9LH, I can just pop it in, run the installer, and run the copy scripts when the system reboots into GM9.

I made my own, similar setup to this, the difference is that I have a "copy to SD" folder in my tablet, a USB MicroSD+normal SD reader with a microUSB adapter, and rest of the tools of destruction in small box, so all I need is my tablet and box of destruction, I even added few themes I like from 3DSthemes etc. to it.

Apparently yes. But with one added step "Copy secret_sector.bin to the /boot9strap/ folder on your SD card"

Only issue with this pack currently is I either keep it updated or homebrew used starts to be outdated. Though I hope to remedy this in the future by creating a python script (python for cross-platform use) that will download the latest versions of the homebrew in this pack automatically. Unsure if python can even do that or how hard it will be to actually get working. But I've never been one to quit when it comes to a coding challenge. (The hard part will be I don't know python very well)
Also as stated above o3ds systems use a standard size SD which means they won't work that way. Plus that's assuming everyone's phone has that option, which they don't all have.

As for suggestions, I'll be adding in the recommend changes by @squall14716 by the end of tomorrow. I'll do as much as I can tonight but I got work in the morning, so definitely no changes made public tonight.
I have an old 3ds and had to use my phone when my pc was updating so I put the sd card in my phone (because it's an adaptor from micro to full)

Question:
I already have flashed the boot9strap_ntr.firm from https://3ds.guide

Do I need to reflash this Specialty boot9strap_ntr.firm if using this pcless guide? Thanks

Maybe, but there's really no need for it. Godmode9 can chainload. So there's really no need to have NTRBootHax launch a separate payload. Actually, there's no need to have Godmode chainload another app, either. Godmode9 can install B9S itself if you know how to code the script to do it safely. I've actually got installing B9S, copying Luma to CTRNAND, and copying the files to the RAM drive being done by the same script now on my own project.
