Hardware My vita is not charging at all

Hello guys, hope you're all having a good day.
So I tried to use my vita after a long time (used to play with psn plus) and it wouldnt even try to get a charge, it would just light the orange light once. If I were to hold the power button it would light once or twice and shut off.

Things I already tried:
*Opening the vita and taking out the battery 5 mins.
*Charging it overnight (I went as far as letting it sit there 1 week)
*Bought a new usb cord, didnt work either same story.
*Bought a new battery, actually turned on but wouldnt charge, and went back to the first problem.
*Tried charging it with a moto g4 charger (the fast charge one), pc and even a ps3.

The only thing that remains its to use a multi-tester if I can get my hand on one, or else change the motherboard.
Maybe its just the battery dock on the mobo or the whole mobo dunno.

If you guys can suggest something I would deeply appreciate it, thank you.

since you've already tried this, my suggestion might not relevant to you, but I'm still gonna try to suggest a shorter cable
I was using a 3.5 m PS4 controller charging cable by Hori since I bought the vita, and sometimes it just won't charge (the exact same issue as you described). and I recently purchased a 4 feet Belkin cable, works great without issue

I've run into an issue like this a few times before... If it charges for a few seconds and then stops, the battery may be fully charged, but there might just be an issue with the battery's sensor. Try leaving your Vita unplugged, and attempt to turn it on every few hours. After enough time, it should turn on for a few seconds and then immediately die (this doesn't mean it's fully drained, just keep retrying). Once you've done this enough times, the battery should begin to function as normal.

Have you tried connecting it to an USB port on your PC?
