Hacking Can't boot luma chainloader nor update luma

My 3ds has b9s luma 7.1
Please help, i'm a complete noob when it come to hacking

You need to update to the latest B9S
Then you can update Luma3DS.

Hm, but i cannot open chainloader while holding start when boot up, so will this sholve the problem?

Try doing a clean install of Luma3DS 7.1.

No, I mean like actually downloading it from the repo, deleting current files and starting from there.
