1. Do you see him using the Joycons for game input?
2. If answer's No...
3. FAKE

Otherwise it is nothing but a simple video streaming

You can use the joy cons on PC so even if you see soneone useing them it can still be fake

As it is right now, the analog joystick on Joy-Cons show up as a D-pad when connected to PC. That can be useful in determining if it's fake or not.
