Here a re-edition of my post to get a better tips and more clear.
So many might have or had trouble to kill these Guardians.
So here how I kill them since I got 5 piece of heart and farm mats for "futur"

Moving Guardians method :

Spoiler

Get yourself one or two one handed sword depend of their quality
16 and lower expect to have 2 or even 3.
16 - 40 get two of them (Royale sword is a good one to get if you can )
40+ Is there any one handed sword that strong ?

First try to sneak close the mobile Guardian as much as you can.
Once you are at it's legs stop it with "Cinetis +" (that tab power that stop in time items and monster.)(Be careful it does not stay for more than 1 or 2 secondes on this monster.)
Then cut it legs and much as you can. (circular attack help a lot that why one handed sword is suggested!)
If you manage to cut all of it's legs it will become a static guardian with droplist of mobile guardians ( aka it still drop that core and giants core )
then repeat it as much as you can.
Stop in time
Smash like a crazy.

Static Guardians method (this include that "v2.0" of the Static Guardians) :

You will need Cinetis + and strong weapons of any type.
First don't rush in front of them if you are pretty low stuff.
Try to sneak behide them (they don't react with sound !)
there smash as hard as you can.
When it is about to fire stop it with Cinetis +
and repeat smash hard cinetis etc.
Pretty easy and if your timing is good and bit Not unlucky you will rarely get fired.
Keep some food in case.

About Flying Guardians (is that their name ?)
I am not sure to be honest I felt the need to kill them, they are part of decoration for me :X

With low weapon that kinda tricky to do but when you are used to it you will see how these monsters are weak after all.
and you will get ton of drops and there I advice to kill as much as you can for futur.

With these two methods I was able to do that v v v (in less an hour.)

To kill them even faster and also make the whole game against evil monsters you need get your true weapon, aka Master sword.
It require you to have several heart and a precise loc.
I was able to get the sword after I got 15 heart, 14 could get it but gonna be scary for you xD
The precis localisation of the sword is in "Korogu's forest" at left of "Ordinn" there is a forest if you got that part of map.
tips and not full solution, Fire particles will help you a lot and get a torch with you too
Only for the first time after that there a shrine to teleport yourself there.

PS: Sorry if my english is not correct I try my best actually :X
Also if name of monsters are not correct I am sorry I play in french so I tried to name them as simple as I could so you instantly get what monster I refer to.

to kill guardians all you need...is ANY shield don't waste your weapons on them
get up close backflip about twice back than wait. soon as you see the blue flash slam A to parry!

Shield cost more than sword when you are able to sneak ennemies weapons also I have my shield slot still not upgrade and weapons almost at max so I always carry a whole army weapons and with that last spoiler I don't need anymore ^^

whatever you do DO NOT glide to that island EAST of the fishing village you will get trapped there! don't let it keep saving while your there or you will prob never get off it. do not go there unless you have a lot of hearts or want a supreme challenge. as soon as you get there

you'll lose all your equipment, weapons, food, fairies everything and will be completely defenseless. there are some major hard mobs there including that FUGE mofo moblin and all you will get is shitty weapons to fight with. everything pretty much 1 shots you and with no fairies your fucked

i call it hardcore island your stamina won't save you either

i've noticed them temp yellow hearts you get from heart food are useless and not as good as REAL hearts. i have the +20 heart food and still get nearly one shot what a load of bs! welp the stamina wheel is now maxed so now i can get more.REAL hearts

My brother found a trick on the island challenge. the challenge doesn't start until you touch the sand of the island so if you are walking around the water you are fine. you can drop all your equipment in by shore and then start the challenge you will be able to pick up your weapons. don't forget to the same before completing challenge or you will lose all the weapons you picked up during the challenge.

Wow what i have encountered while trying to find Lynel and Shrine !
It taken me hours to bring it to the stable.
