Are you sure you have scrolled to the end? Did you enable it from the CTGP-7 app?

yeah, I enabled that custom app, went into the ntr menu and clicked down till I got to the bottom

Also, does this work with a cartridge dump?

That's weird, are you sure you have scrolled to the bottom? NTR menu has several pages. Also, check that you can see CTGP-7cc_modifier.plg inside plugin/<MK7tid> (if you can't see it, it wasn't enabled from the CTGP-7 app.)

I actually didn't see that file in the plugins folder, thinking something was wrong I actually deleted a cheat plugin that I had earlier for item stuff and thought that would help

In my game this option is enabled but the 200cc doesn't show up

When activating the speed modifier plugin make sure to enable it, then swap pages with Y before closing the settings menu (if you close it directly it will get disabled, open the menu again to make sure it got enabled). @PabloMK7 it might be what I was talking about in the Discord server some days ago

I have an idea! How about an external program which downloads the updates and rebuilds the CIA file? If you can't make it, I have no problem rebuilding it by myself.
Also, you didn't answer my other questions.

So, I helped my good buddy SullyPwnz get this running for everyone's sake, & I seemed to notice that his version of the game seems to be much more different.

Is Europe fully supported with this, or is it supposed to look like this? Also, he's most active on Twitter, so I don't know how you can get in contact with him.

Anything would be appreciated.

I was just watching that video! I honestly don't know. It may be a bug with the recording software or with his 3DS. Check the OP. You might be able to find more info there.
