If I wanted to do this with SM3DW, how could I do this?
I wouldn't want such super-crisp shadows, just a bit more since the shaggy shadows don't really fit to 5k graphics.

I'm nearly in the same case, any games I'm trying to run, now just crash ... I do not know what to do ...
Do you have any ideas ?
I thought it was my graphic cards driver that wasn't up to date, I disabled my antivirus and firewall but nothing... But maybe you should try that, I don't know

I could look into *slightly* improving shadows for higher-resolutions if you want, what do you think about shadows here-

I must ask again because I didn't get answer yet, so why Twilight Princess HD have audio problems? Maybe someone know the cause of this?

Is this problem will be fixed anytime soon?

Xenoblade CX, resolution reset after entering cockpit mode on skell.

Playing in 4k and as soon the animation of cockpit mode appears everything beside the interface is resetted to 720p. Is it just me? Anyone with the same problem? Help!

No. Someone posted the shadow map resolution here, though tbh I already had it from manually going through individual drawcalls in GPUPerfStudio as I do for my usual graphic pack fixes/pull requests. I just used 2x shadow map resolution instead of 4x resolution as in the original post and made a screenshot for comparison. (I noted I didn't like hard shadows in a previous post)
