Hacking Transition a memory card from Vita to PS TV?

How can I keep the stuff on my memory card and use it with my PS TV? Or would I have to reinstall it all again?

Assuming both are on the same account and the same firmware, just swap them and it'll work fine. That's all there is to it.

If they're on the same account, but not the same firmware, use memcardswap to set the id.dat to read only and then you can swap freely. Just note it'll rebuild the database every time you switch, and any backup games won't be playable.
