Hardware Got some Problems with NTRViewer...

On my 3ds NTR works perfect. But on my PC, when I get on the program and I click "connect" it does this

This is after I click "connect" twice.
Anyone know of a solution? and to answer one question, yes I am running NTRViewer/Turbo on administrator.

sure did, tried to fix it and it still didn't work. BUT I got another service (kit-kat) and it works completely fine.
