Now ymyn can make "Attack never miss" and "Always critical hit"; in this way we can have the same experience of old pokemon games Tool-Assisted gameplay B-)
ymyn can make every codes.

Some of these codes work fine on Citra, some crash the game like Access PC anywhere.
100% Catch Rate & Catch Trainer's Pokemon don't seem to work however, at least not for me.
Faster walking and black line removal work well though.

Any chance we can get a code to catch Totem Pokemon, much like catching Trainer Pokemon? I'd love to check out their stats.
Totem pokemon are just a status effect with a visual effect as well. They aren't a different pokemon or even a form of an existing one. I would assume they have max IVs and appropriate EVs as well, but you can check that using the codes posted here and the status indicators on the battle screen.

Probably because there are too many alternatives

I figured as much, I've been curious about NPC pokemon ever since noticing the pattern of Gym Leader Pokemon going up in strength by about 2-4 IVs with each Gym.

So, is it possible to convert the shiny Pokemon code to code.in, or is it just not possible in any way at all?

It's possible in a way: you get all pokemon shiny, all the time, with no way to turn it off short of removing the patched code.bin.

The following code is what you would need to port into a patch, adapted from the shiny code in this thread:

Code:
[All pokemon shiny, can't be disabled]
0031835C EB09F513
005957B0 E3A06002
005957B4 E584600C
005957B8 E2846020
005957BC E12FFF1E

How to manually patch the code.bin (0004000000175E00.bin for Moon, 0004000000164800.bin for Sun): for each code, use the first half of the code, decreased by 0x00100000, as the address, and put all the bytes in reverse order.
So, for the code 0031835C EB09F513, you go to the address 0x0031835C - 0x00100000 = 0x0021835C, and put the bytes EB09F513 in reverse order: 13 F5 09 EB. Repeat this for all codes. You can use HxD to edit the file.

If that really works, you should also be able to change the shiny code to the simpler:
Code:
[(START+L) Shiny, (START+R)Disable, based on https://twitter.com/SciresM/status/799853435340423168]
D3000000 00000000
DD000000 00000208
003183EC EA00001C
D0000000 00000000
DD000000 00000108
003183EC 0A00001C
D0000000 00000000

I haven't tested this yet, though.
restore the default value when start + r is pressed?
should works if the value is correct

Tested, works. If it also prevents shiny status on shiny locked Pokémon like the tweet says even better for my "legit only" only variant.

Not a good idea. You would lose access to the options button — i.e., no more plaza, QR scanning, options menu, bag access, or even saving the game.
Edit: Does it change just the options menu, or the X button as a whole? Never tried it, I had assumed it changed the X button as a whole.

because the original code says to hold start when opening OPTIONS menu I am assuming the OPTIONS on the second screen after pressing X, you almost never use this :P

It is specifically the options submenu where you adjust text speed and battle animations.

Oh, right. The code without the "press start" part, then, is:
Code:
[(Open OPTIONS menu)Access the PC from anywhere, can't be disabled]
D3000000 00000000

EBF7D9CE E3A00002
E28DD010 E8BD800F
00636000 0067206C

this one uses an EXXXXXXX code, I briefly explained how to deal with it here. I reordered it so the E code starts in the 4th code line and goes to the end of it.

Man it's a real shame that 100% catch code just doesn't seem to work, catching a decent Abra is a real pain.

Well I'm playing on Citra, it seems like half of the codes *do* work, QR Scan 100 works, faster walking also works, a couple of others seem to work, but the one you'd really want like 100% catch Rate does not do anything and neither does catching trainer's Pokemon.

3DS vs Citra aside, it just seems strange that some do work but some don't but yet apparently they do on a normal 3DS. The codes are the codes, they'll work for the game you have or they won't. It might be a case of particularly long codes not playing nicely with Citra.

The few times I tested 100% catch rate, each time I felt like I was having good success catching about 4 or 5 Pokemon first try with no trouble, and then it'd suddenly start failing. But I assumed I was just getting incredibly lucky and it just never worked to begin with, or that maybe it was simply raising the success rate but not to 100%

I'm not sure.

I am wondering if there will be a code that allows us to manipulate the over-world camera. It can be frustrating at times to be set in one specific angle without being able to alter the camera...

I have a 970 GTX and i7 4790k with 16gb ram, it runs well enough, far from perfect and some spots here and there get reeeeaaal slow, but generally battles, interiors and *most* outdoor areas run fairly well.

It definitely needs alot of optimizing work since even the regular DS emulator ran at high speed on my old Dual core computer from years ago, and the jump between that and this in visuals isn't what I'd call "huge".
