(I can't play the games, but i have access to the servers, because the Sun&Moon demo has the code already build in.)

i don't think sun and moon use same servers as oras and x and y since diffrent gens

Hex Editor? It's in the code.bin.
You must search for it yourself, nintendo could fix it, if to much people know how to access it.
It's a 16 Bytes string.

Sorry to be mean but you don't know much about reverse engineering to ask how to find these things. Each question will give you a lot more question instead of a walkthrough.
