I'll break this up for easier digestion (:P):

I did get the tickets needed, yes, but I checked JNUS and there's no title for games like Super Mario 3D world for some reason, not entirely sure why.

Those programs are using a user maintained database, so they can be missing a lot of titles. Nobody's yet bothered to write an eShop scraper for the Wii U to my knowledge (there's one for the 3DS that yellows8 made), so the lists we have now are all outdated.

The tickets according to the source are said to be altered and prepped for USB installation, my question, however, is how do I know if the tickets are safe to use and if they're wrong, installation will merely fail and nothing more..? Just want to be sure before I install a game. Good thing WUDs aren't needed anymore, and I look forward to the ticket generating app :P

If you get a disk-dumped (from a WUD or IOSU, whichever) ticket and the byte at offset 0x1 is set to 0x03, it's likely not modified properly yet. You'd want to make the edit yourself or use one of the tools floating around now. If the ticket isn't correct the Wii U will reject it.

@DarkFlare69 says that we can install dlc

I just go by what people tell me. Some people say we can, some say we can with a new WUPINSTALLER mod, some say we can install it but it won't be usable/playable, and some say we can't install it at all. I only tested games and then everything else I said is based off of what others have said.

The source where I got the tickets (which again, I didn't use the CFW method as I haven't compiled an fw.img yet, lack of skills to use Python efficiently); so I got them from a site that has been following the Wii U USB/hacking scene aggressively and is stated on the thread the tickets are altered to be used with USB. But essentially, if the tickets aren't altered, nothing necessarily bad will happen to the console, it will just fail to install, yes? Cool, that's what I wanted to know ^_^

I can use HxD or something to see if the ticket has the right changed bytes; I think there's a way to get unlisted games from JNUS, maybe through the non-GUI version, if I recall correctly.

Even if they are altered, the Wii U will still reject them if it detects something bad going on like a bad signature. But yeah, the process is getting simpler every few days it seems like.

Next thing for me to do is changing my HDD to another one that I can format to Wii U, as I've two HDDs, one 500 GB and 1 TB, that's gonna be fun swapping that around XD I don't have the 32 GB version, only the 8 GB (it was cheaper), maybe I'd best hold off
till we get that ticket spoof method, that will make it a lot easier methinks. But with the commandline version of NUS, I could find the title of Super Mario 3D World, as the GUI version uses an outdated database as you stated. Thanks for the explanation though.

If you're familiar with "that title site" for the 3DS, it also has a Wii U version with a bunch of title IDs.

Oh I am, very familiar with them indeed, so I thought I'd run that by you first to make sure they were safe to use. What about using the CDL version of NUS? Could I get around the whole
missing-games-from-database that way?

I just noticed, when I attempt to install MH it shows 6117.8mb, but the folder is 6.06, does the wup installer just show what the size would be if it installed or am I just overthinking things due to trying to find a solution to the 0xFFFFF825 error lol.

Are you sure the error is FFEA? I have seen FFE4, that means "not enough space on device"

yes im sure, im using a 128gb usb, and ive only been able to install 1 game on it :(
When it happens to me, I was using the old wupinstaller, it sometimes installs the game on usb and another times on internal memory ( and those times send me ffe4 error)

Once again Monster Hunter EUR failed at 2866ish with the same 0xFFFFF825 error, going to try once more on the Wii U's nand even if I have to format it again.., if it fails at the same place something must be up.

Edit, I didn't see it since it happened while I was looking at my PC but it did fail at around 2+gb I believe so something is up.
