Thanks for the help,all went well with the arm9loader install,but I'm not sure what to do here
If you started Part 1 with a NAND between 4.0.0 and 4.5.0, make sure you have copied the following firmware.bin file to /luma/
I thought we can't share these links to the firmware bins?

Is there are way to connect a a9lh 3ds to a tv?
Yes and no: you still need to stream video to a computer (via NTR or capture card), of course nothing prevents you from then connecting that PC to whatever screen you want :)

If you have a n3ds you can use NTR CFW to stream to a PC, and then plug that into a TV. Otherwise not, at least not for now.
Edit: Ninja'd
Okay thanks. Is this installed by cia, or is there more things to transfer? Also what program do I have to run on the computer to detect the 3ds connection?

NTRDebugger and NTRViewer (both found in the 3.4 start kit on github) or NTRViewer and NitroStream. Just don't use the BootNTR.cia from that 3.4 starter kit, there's an updated version you can find in the forums that supports 11.0 native firm.

I'm trying to test out the DSiWare exploits before getting a New3DS, but the guide says to put boot.nds on the root of the SD card..

Is this a file generated at some point while doing the steps? I'm not seeing it in the downloads..

On the guide on the DSiWare Downgrade pages it's listed as
  • The latest release of dgTool

No that's the download from:

The dgTool zip corresponding to 3DS #2:
  • Old 3DS 11.0.0 -> 10.4.0 (mirror) (mirror)
  • New 3DS 11.0.0 -> 10.4.0 (mirror) (mirror)
The one I posted is different, and actually right above the one you are talking about.
OOOOOHHHHH
I feel dense now. Thanks :rofl:

lol NP. I actually had that same problem when I just recently downgraded my New Galaxy Style New Nintendo 3DS XLtm(c) (the name just rolls right off the tongue) when upgrading to it from my o3ds. Took me a few minutes to figure it out. The guide should probably list that that download is the boot.nds file.

Hi all! I hate asking but could not find it: What type of Micro SD card would be recommended for for a N3DS that will be set to run Luma3DS via A9LH.
I'm wondering if 64GB is ok and if it requires a specific format type. I have read that anything above 32GB can be too slow in menus but that it may be fine with FAT32

Also is there any noticeable difference between Class 10 and the faster U3? These are the 2 I was looking at.
SanDisk Ultra 64GB microSDXC UHS-I
SanDisk Extreme 64GB MicroSDXC UHS-1

I'm taking the CFW plunge and wanted to ask here before making an ass of myself in the main forum.

    I just played little of "Still Wakes The Deep" , just came to gamepass today, its alright, kinda creepy. I'm not usually a horror game fan, but it looks really good graphic wise, esp w 4k. I admit it made me jump a few times.
