Ok try this:

ActionReplayDS_Stage3BootStrap.rar

Put NDS folder at root of your 3DS SD card. This will launch the rom of Action Replay DS (v1.55). Hit Start to launch what ever is in slot-1.

If you made the mistake of not having a game inserted, it will pause to wait for you to insert one.

Right now you can't create/use cheat codes. That probably won't work even if you have an Action Replay. But you can always try it anyways. Maybe you can use it to launch Action Replay.

Are you able to rom dump the EZ Flash V? (using Decrypt9)

First install the new NTR mode hbmenu:

Then launch your dumped rom of it using that. If the card works, I can create a stage3 launcher for it.

I was able to start my cardridge and launch some games... Damn, I'm so glad it worked.

Alright so I did everything I was supposed to do I guess, opened up Woodr4launcher on emunand and this popped up.
Is there something I did wrong?

Sounds like your R4 may have contact issues. Is your console an n3DS? Try holding the cartridge all the way in past the click while you boot that. If it then works it's a contact issue. You'll need a few slips of paper to hold it in properly so you can use it.

is your r4 the very old original one? i have it and had the same problem. Plz tell if you manage to launch it. My decrypt9 didn't even recognize the NTR cartridge when i tried to dump. It said it was a CTR

Hey @Apache Thunder I have r4i-sdhc v.1.4.2 label on my card.
It isn't recognized from 3ds and the TWL doesn't boot it...

Can you gimme some tips?
(cartridge worked on DSi and on DSlite too...)

Have you tried rom dumping it with Decrypt9/WoodDumper (the new CIA version of WoodDumper)? Then run the rom with new NTR version of hbmenu to see if it works. Stage2 launchers I have tried do not work with some of the r4 SDHC cards.

Hi ! I'm a O3DS with RxTools user (Sysnand 9.2 and Emunand 11.0). I have a R4 Upgrade Revolution for DS. I tried to install the TTDS_Launcher.dat with FBI on my Emunand but it failed and prompted this :

Install failed!
Could not install app.
Raw Error: 0xe0e083ee
Module: AM (0x20)
Level: Usage (0x1c)
Summary: Invalid argument (0x7)
Description: Invalid combination (0x3ee)

I also tried to install it in RxTools' Pasta Mode but got the same error. Can someone help me please ?

Don't use FBI use DevMode...the last one always worked for me.

I think I have the 2.6 version of RxTools, and DevMode is absent from this version. I tried looking for a way to upgrade to the Beta 3.0, but it looks painful and I don't want to risk a brick.

Ok, so I installed DevMenu, installed TTDS_Launcher.cia with DevMenu on both Sysnand and Emunand, reboot and tried => An error occured. Do you know why it doesn't work ?
