Not wanting to use voice dictation in public is a very fair point of criticism for the watch. Although I don't really like drawing attention to myself, I don't particularly care what people think of me so I just use it out and about. The voice control is hugely useful when driving. For example, I can get turn by turn directions, control my music, send text messages and call people without taking my hands off the wheel :)
No, of course it's no fair point. In general your behavior is the braver one. ;-)

How much does the watch cost? Since it's Apple I guess.. much.

I don't have an Apple Watch, but I do own a Smart Watch (Motorola 360 Gen 2), and I must admit it's extremely convenient to have, since I don't have to pull out my phone constantly to check my notifications or control my music. The watch can do it all for me, and it's absolutely fantastic.

I don't know about brave - in general I'm quite a socially anxious person actually. But I don't care much what other people think about me, which is one of the perks of aspergers ;)

They've dropped the price quite considerably. I think they're around £280 new for the sports model now, but I got mine used on eBay for £180.

Does it also integrate the phone, navigation and messaging services? Those are some of the most convenient features to me :)

You can answer the phone with it, but you can't make calls with it sadly because of a lack of a speaker, although calls can be started from it. You can also text from it if your default SMS app supports Android Wear, same for navigation if your app supports Wear.

Interesting. How do you enter a text or tell it where you want to navigate to without a microphone?

Er, speaker I should have said. But yeah, you can dictate, but it can't play sound unless you connect a Bluetooth headset.

Ahh that makes much more sense ;) the speaker in the Apple Watch isn't great. If I'm driving and make a call on the watch I can barely hear what the other person is saying. Hopefully the new watch will improve on this.
