You are using an out of date browser. It may not display this or other websites correctly. You should upgrade or use an alternative browser.
Deep web is the part of the internet that's not indexed by search engines such as Google. Meaning, mail servers, all types of internet services that aren't related to WWW and browsing, etc. Oh, and people who have messed up their robots.txt file, or forgot to renew their domain registration and now their website can only be accessed via IP.
If you have ever checked your bank account online, you've already ventured into the deep web.
I actually do regularly venture into the Dark web, mostly because I found it helpful in spotting security flaws before they become too wide spread.
I've been there multiple times. I can't really find this gory / creepy stuff these youtubers are talking about. Red rooms and the Shadow Web are just a myth. As well as childporn. All I see are dead links and drug stores.

I actually have found sites with content like crush videos and several links claiming to be child porn (of course I didn't click on them, so I will take their word for it.) But when it comes to 90% of the stories about shit like hackers taking over their computer, Red Rooms, ect. those are all obviously creepypastas. But did find a video on youtube that does tackle the issue of Red Rooms in an interesting way

How did you get that deep? How did you find working links and working search engines? I can never get past stuff like wikis because all the search engines are shit lol.

Hours, literal hours of searching for shit. There are some dark web search engine like Torch, that I have uncovered that made negating the dark net a little easier. From there, I just start looking for different Wiki's finding the ones with the most up to date links. Then following links I found different forums, until I got to some pretty creepy places.
I've been researching the Dark Net for about 2 years now and keeping notes on that content on find in my journeys and even storing several links before they get taken down or move.

I have used torch before and everything led to dead links. I've been on some chans and boards but idk where to look from there. I wanna get into some really creepy shit lol.

It's not as easy as using google. You need to know just where to look and how to look. Sometimes venturing into the normal surface web to find links back to the dark net. Reddit is one of those sites that people shameless link to dark net content.
As for some of the scary stuff, that's even harder to find, I could say I was "lucky." Because I just happen to find that one link that got me to these sites.
Seriously, I would not suggest trying to find these sites. Even without viewing the content, they are extremely scaring. A lot of these sites I ended up on when researching simple matters like network security flaws.

I seriously don't suggest looking for these things. I know that sounds hypocritical of me, but no matter how ready you are, you really aren't ready. A lot the content I've stumbled onto weren't even on purpose, they often came up well researching matters like network security flaws.

I have never bothered with the Dark Web. Some "web quizzes" or games, or whatever they're called needs to go to the Dark Web to continue (which I find frustrating and boring), but that would be the only reason for me to go there. I have no interest in gore or other weird shit.

I found it funny cause many many years ago, had a roommate in college that did this same dumbass branding of the school logo, but it didn't look anything like it after it healed. Just looked like a birthmark.
