It's already 64k cluster, I'll try another SD card and see what happens, yes I still have 14gb in the NAND capacity.
Ok I just let it run in the background with the version with progress of install (the same you used) and it finished the installation without any issues successfully. It took a while because it is over 2800 MB (holy cow) but it was finished eventually. I dont really know how long it really took as I looked onto it after 10 mins and it was already finished. I deleted the old updates prior to installing the new ones and checked the new ones in the settings after the installation. It was all successfully installed. Did you delete your broken installation files in the settings before starting a new install? Also why is your update 2299 MB and mine was over 2800MB? I got mine using JNUSTool from Maschell.

As a side note:
I recommend everyone to use the version with progress of the installation as that version uses a more "natural" way of installing the title, even though it hangs after its finished. The version without the progress is more of a hack but does work the same way for me though.

Is your game US or EUR ?
If US, it seems like I may have a incomplete download ? I'll try to re-download it

Thanks so much @dimok

And yes I've deleted the broken installation files in the settings before starting a new install

what is the last update for SSB ? is it 224 !?
because I've re-dawnload it again (but this time from JNUSTool) and it still not around 2800mb as dimok said !!

the good news is that I figure out what was wrong ( it was corrupt dawnload from NEW-NUSGrabber )

You are right! I was installing the EUR version which explains the size difference.

Glad to hear you solved it.

@dimok

Thanks for this. As a 4.0.2 Wii U user, i appreciate this. If i am not wrong, this can also be used to update 4.x fws to 5.3.2 or 5.4.0 if the right system titles are installed, right?

this is interesting

done

I think it's way faster than the previous/original version, it took less than 10 mins

In theory it should be possible. I would not recommend anyone to risk it without a hardmod as first tester!!! Maybe someone with a hardmodded 4.x.x and a nand dump can do a first test to verify the correct packages required for it and that it works. Other than that you better stay away from it.

I've read somewhere (I think his Twitter account) he bought the broken parts from eBay to fix it.

Hey @dimok

Is it possible to port NNUS patcher (to access eShop) to HBL
that would be awesome

https://github.com/FIX94/nnu-patcher
Maybe we should better port HBL to 3.x.x (I believe that @FIX94 uses 3.1.0), and he ports NNUS patcher to HBL himself? ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

The lower the FW the greater the possibilities!

Is there a wiki for FW updates chronologically and what added features each came with?
No. wiiubrew pretends that old firmwares never existed (probably because people that work on it use latest firmware?). But you can check https://yls8.mtheall.com/ninupdates/reports.php to see which parts of the firm were added/updated in which update. It wouldn't show you lib differences though since they go as one package.

Basic one here too: http://en-americas-support.nintendo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1436/~/system-menu-update-history

EDIT: so 5.3.0 was first to have amiibo integration? Out of interest what happens if you have an amiibo enhanced game on 4.0.0 Loadiine? Does it run but just not work with amiibo at all?

i believe that amiibo was added in 4.1.0 since it can run hyrule warriors perfectly fine.

Technically then using WUP installer to install legit FW parts, we could be able to build a franken-firmware with new features in older version? Or make a safesysupdater for Wii U to update to 5.3.2/5.4.0 etc without disc.

Very interesting indeed....
On the 3ds installing firm and installing common title is different thing, so i wouldn't try this without a hardmod. Basically for the native firm title you need to call additional system api that updates firm partition, otherwise if you update titles to versions that have conflict with native firm, you'll have a brick.
