No Notification after edit

There is a bug witch is if you are watching a fourm and a notification appears and you look at the post everything is normal so you leave the page. HOWEVER if that person was to edit that post you just looked at, You wont get any notifications from that thread at all. Has anyone else had this issue?

I believe that I have. There were times when I was wondering "How could I not have any new notifications yet?" I then went to my list of watched threads, and sure enough, I had started to miss out on new content.

THis just happened to me again on THIS thread. Someone double posted and I didn't get any future notifications.

I checked out some of the threads I didn't get any alert from and sure enough, I am experiencing the same thing. Is there any workaround for this?

The only workaround I know of right now is refresh a page after 20 minutes so that any double posts would have happened
