Thank you all for your answers, If you must know I don't really support piracy, though I wanted to play Japanese games to improve my Japanese.

If you just want to play Japanese games, import the actual game and use RegionFour. It says it's only for 9.7 and below, but it actually works on 10.1. Somewhere I believe there is a version that runs as a homebrew and works on any *hax.

Well maybe unrelated but where is the unique id for the NAND stored on the 3ds? Maybe if its not hardcoded into the motherboard then you can get a sig from a nand backup that is under 9.2 and flash the unique id of the other exploitable 3ds to it and install the nand file or dump the unique id of the 3ds you want to downgrade and apply it to the hackable NAND.bin and flash it via hardmod

If someone knows more about RegionFour, they'd probably be more help though.

Theres... no... point in that... but yes... a NAND.Bin is per device tho... so my Nand.bin wont work with your 3DS...

if my 3DS bricks... i can hardmod it... and use the nand.bin to downgrade the nand and unbrick it... easy.

Boom! Instant 10.0 to 9.2 downgrade.

The CID is write-once as per the eMMC/SD specification. But that one guy who desoldered and swapped the CPU and NAND from an American N3DS XL to a Japanese N3DS proved further that the NAND keyX is hardcoded specifically against a single NAND in the bootrom, and the bootrom cannot be read from or written to.

They ask before reading or searching and like stupid things like tv novels about love and religuion also they doesn´t like to learning new things by themselves i only know like 10 people that know english that aren´t engilsh teachers of course ok everyone have a diferent perspective but this is mine and maybe one of my friends perspective too
