Really? I think they can on the stronger ones can get close to early ps3/360 level graphics. Really look at nova 3 on highest settings easily looks like it could be on a ps3/360.

Sonic 06 probably doesn't even push 7th gen hardware that much, at least it shouldn't unless its badly coded or something. I personally think the game could've been on PS2 so I don't see why it couldn't be on android, especially in the near future as devices get even more powerful.
